Description
Build & manage team of Database Administrators supporting Oracle, MSSQL, SnowFlake, Mongo,
Postgres
● Identifies, defines, and assesses the properties and specifications necessary for the database
management system (DBMS) to meet current and future needs of the organization
● Defines a logical database structure for application development based on the organizational structure
of the company
● Develops and implements policies and procedures related to data security and integrity
● Troubleshoot complex database issues in an accurate and timely manner
● Assesses current and projected database performance, and recommends changes and enhancements
● Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in DBMS and related technology
● Manage 24x7 team supporting different databases
Postgres

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 16+ years of experience and at least 3-4 years managing DBA team
● Thorough understanding of file structures and design, information retrieval techniques, file access
methods, and database controls and standards
● Experience managing databases in private data centers as well as in AWS/ Azure Cloud
● Candidate should have good working experience on Windows and UNIX environments
● Experience with Performance tuning, Query and Database Optimization techniques
● Experience with multiple RDBMS and NoSQL databases
● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
● Experience is onshore-offshore working model
● Strong people management and communication skills
