Analyse and prioritise customer content, product and service requirements, assess value creation potential
• Prioritise investment needs and represent the segment/area/business in the investment committees and Governance Boards
• Document high-level requirements, MVS (Minimum Viable Solution), including end-to-end flows wireframes (for Key Products), data flows and inter-operability needs
• Identify existing portfolio main gaps
• Monitor the budget for area of responsibility including capacity planning with R&D and take corrective actions
• Identify pilots and the expected outcome of involving the customer
• Orchestrate activities to ensure solution delivery, ensuring full inter-operability across the different components
• Ensure internal readiness in terms of training, billing, services through SLAs/OLAs
• Support key adoption and migration projects
• Consolidate and prioritise delivery and support needs, liaise closely with Travel Channels Delivery and Customer Support teams
• Follow-up on budget spent
