Description
The role incumbent is expected to:
* Managing and guiding the team in right direction to improve individually and also to make them
contribute for the improvement of the process
* Assisting senior management in organizational initiatives/projects
* Ensure all the activities handled by the team are delivered with high quality with effective controls
* Continuous monitoring of key business-related activities and effectively document and
communicate findings to senior management
* Follow-up to resolve and validate open issues noted during reviews by internal/external entities
* Align with current developments/policies, procedures and activities appropriate to operations with
clear focus towards regulatory/economic changes
* Ensure processes are constantly improving, and participate in change projects
* Ensure the risks are well anticipated and managed

Job Requirements
A good academic background
* Strong understanding of syndicated/bi-lateral financing and loan life cycle (Includes deal origination,
transaction management, secondary trading, amendment/restructures, covenants and corresponding
regulatory reporting)
* Knowledge on Basel Norms and credit risk
