Conduct and evaluate organizational capability analysis and training needs assessments to identify and select or build the appropriate learning solution tailored to the business need
Guide the site learning portfolio responding to identified needs and influences leaders on the prioritization of content.
Design and deliver curriculum, programs, or learning solutions using a variety of techniques that enhance transfer of knowledge to everyday work
Create and deliver organizational development content that drives improvements in the areas of teamwork and collaboration, leadership, and technical vitality.
Assess whether the learning design solution produces positive results, such as a change in learner skill, knowledge, and/or behavior
Develop course materials and other documents such as performance support tools, handouts, manuals, and exercises in order to support the transfer of knowledge and sustain behavior change
Plan, coordinate and schedule learning and training events and associated details
Work effectively with technical staff, business operations and SMEs, project managers, other trainers, executives, and vendors to create fun, interesting, and sound instructional solutions
Partner with global counterparts to benchmark, align and execute global curriculum
Partner with internal DEIB team to support and promote an inclusive work environment
Follow-up with employees through surveys, interviews, or evaluations to identify gaps and any future technical training needs
Develop end-to-end integrated learning and development solutions including identifying core issues, forming hypotheses, launching new programs and employing rigorous feedback loops
Coach managers and high potential employees to improve their performance and deliver increasingly powerful results
Possess knowledge of the Talent Management team's full portfolio and connect resources to technical training and learning & development systems and infrastructure
Experience building and qualifying training programs in accordance with grant methodology
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial/Organization Psychology, Business or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience leading relevant training and leadership development program/projects, including experience leading cross-functional projects and managing business-wide programs
Language Fluency – English (Written & Verbal) & preferred in German or Hindi or Mandarin or Bulgarian
Travel – up to 5% required

Experience with career development, workforce modeling and talent management in a fast paced, global environment
Experience in driving cutting-edge learning and talent development research projects and new initiatives inside global organizations
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amount of data and communicating data findings, including experience establishing and tracking program metrics
Strong bias for action with experience in identifying and resolving issues independently, takes initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications. Presentation caliber verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities
Strong team player who can work independently and is a self-starter
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Wiley Certified (DiSC & 5Behaviors) - preferred
Aperian Globesmart Certified - preferred
Experience with SumTotal, SkillSoft, WorkDay, & PowerBI
Emotional Intelligence trained or certified – preferred
