Description
Provide technical leadership and guidance for RPA developers for successful project delivery
● Identify opportunities within existing business processes, architect, design and develop RPA
frameworks/processes
● Review architectural designs to ensure consistency & alignment with defined target architecture
and adherence to established architecture standards
● Independently work with all stakeholders across the organization to deliver point and strategic
solutions
● Function as an integrator between the business and technology to automate solutions for
customers based on business requirements

Job Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with total 8+ years of experience
● Must have 4+ years of direct hands-on experience with full life-cycle development of RPA
solutions using UiPath technology to automate processes
● Must have 5+ years as a Technical Architect/Solution Architect in a complex integrated
multi-vendor environment that includes
● Extensive experience in RPA Process discovery, RPA estimation, RPA Project Planning, RPA
specific solution design, RPA Project execution, and RPA Governance
● Ability to develop Process Design Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), deliver
customer demos, Technical training & support customers
● Exposure to integration with external OCR/ICR tools, Document Processing, Cognitive platforms,
NLP, Process discovery & documentation tools and other Enterprise systems such as Oracle
ERP
