Description
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networking devices, servers, and all end user devices.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations with 99.9% uptime.
- Maintain and co-ordinate IT risk mitigation plans to ensure zero data loss and minimize downtime in the event of IT security breach.
- Deploy and test changes to production and test environments on EPICOR ERP with the support of the development team and perform configuration tasks in accordance with standard deployment guidelines.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures for end users.
- Monitor and resolve issues on EPICOR ERP, including use of the Epicor support portal.
- Maintain data backups and verify backup integrity on an scheduled basis, including Microsoft O365 and other programs utilized to support the company business processes and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate cybersecurity policies.
- Preserve IT assets, information security, and access control structures.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Experience:
- BE (IT) or BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- Proficient in ERP, System Administration, Networking, and IT skills
- 7-10 years of system engineering experience with Company with turnover over INR 100 Cr
- Information Security
- Knowledge of systems engineering software tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Knowledge related to report writing and data queries (SQL) is a plus.
Skills:
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Ability to manage personnel.
