- More than 20 years of experience in manufacturing industry out of which 5 years in a similar role, managing team of managers and engineers. Work experience in a multinational organization with global exposure is preferred.
- Experience in mass manufacturing is a must.
Should have implemented and managed six sigma projects. Experience of working as a Master Black Belt would work as advantage
