Responsibilities

Tracking the progress of patches, and other projects across Jamf Pro. Update asset management systems to reflect the currentstatus of assets.
Remediating vulnerabilities from a list and confirming the vulnerability has been resolved. Assisting in upgrading macs andiPads to latest supported Operating System versions.
Updating corresponding documentation with the issues.
Close collaboration with the administrator for activities being assigned

Job Requirements

Required Education and Qualification

B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA with 3-7 years of experience inJAMF.
Must be comfortable in operating MS Office,GSuite, Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Desk, JAMF Pro, Rapid 7 Insight VM,Slack.
Familiar with MAC OS (Catalina, Big Sur,Montrey) and iPad OS.
Familiar with the difference between Intel and AppleSilicon Macs.
Experience with patching JAMF Pro.
Patching software applications on MAC OS and tracking progress- Google chrome, Firefox, Zoom.
Remediate vulnerabilities with JAMF and Rapid 7Insight VM.
Proficient in written and communication skills.
Familiarity with Bash, Z shell, and python is plus.
Ability to cross reference multiple systems to keep inventory up to date
