• Manage BA work streams and be a conduit between the development, business and data teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design and deliver new features
• Collect, understand and transmit business requirements and translate these into functional/Technical specifications
• Hands on database design along with proficient SQL knowledge.
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes

• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders on the specifications
• Provide day-to-day management of change requests in relation to project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
• Produce weekly reports for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
• Provide clear guidance in response to the team's questions during implementation phases
• Assists in facilitating User Acceptance Testing or derive test strategy in creating and reviewing test cases
