Serve as Business Partner to Managing Director in support of all HR deliverables.
• Lead and facilitate human resource initiatives and processes in support of key business needs.
• Provide full range of HR support to include recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and training & development.
• Execute Talent Management initiatives to include employee engagement survey, performance management, coaching, talent development, succession planning, performance improvement and change management.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation reward, and recognition of workforce.
