Description

Serve as Business Partner to Managing Director in support of all HR deliverables.
• Lead and facilitate human resource initiatives and processes in support of key business needs.
• Provide full range of HR support to include recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and training & development.
• Execute Talent Management initiatives to include employee engagement survey, performance management, coaching, talent development, succession planning, performance improvement and change management.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation reward, and recognition of workforce.
• Champion the organization culture development activities
 
Job Requirements

 
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or relevant field required.
• ~15 years of Human Resources experience, with 5+ years in HR leadership role.
• Work experience with MNC exposure is desired. Also experience within a manufacturing
environment / Product based organized is highly desired.
• Successful track record as a results-driven HR generalist experienced in organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and employee training & development.
• Knowledge of employment laws, factory labor affairs and HR Practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and report data accurately.
• Excellent coaching, counseling, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships throughout all levels of the organization utilizing strong communications skills and fostering diverse perspectives.
• Experience with Workday preferred
