Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs through Manpower planning.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's
• Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, staff referrals)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Attending college career fairs, interacting with students and promoting our employer brand.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities
• Handling the on boarding & orientation of new employees
• Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organisation
• Other HR activities as per need of the organization
Job Requirements

MBA/PGDBM/MSW in Human Resources
• 5-7 years of TA experience
• Manufacturing /Engineering/Automotive Industry experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
• Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
