Description
- Build and implement process, metrics and controls for the recruitment team, ensure process compliance.
- Plan, Implement, manage and direct the overall recruiting processes and budgets including leading a team of recruiters.
- Involve in sourcing, interviewing, selection, and reporting activities.
- Lead, build and strengthen key relationships with agencies, partners, professional organizations, and key external partners.
- Manage, direct design and placement of recruiting related advertising and marketing to ensure that the company brand and image is consistently applied in all recruiting activities to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships ? develop a constructive and cooperative working relationship with others
- Manage large scale recruitment of specialists in high growth environment.
- Provide total staffing support by developing and implementing staffing strategy
- Provide metrics to measure and decrease time Cycle for each recruitment process.
- Develop methods to monitor and evaluate interviewer performance and selection tactics.
- Manage team size effectively

Job Requirements
- Knowledge on client commercials and other billing activities.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Should have had exposure and the ability to handle people management issues
- Should have had exposure in crisis handling with internal & external customers.
- Should be highly customer focused with excellent leadership skills, a self motivator, possess a calm and approachable personality.
- Good understanding of different technical technologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Possess good analytical skills
- Be an effective team player & partner with other leaders.
- Ability to take smart decision and lead a highly motivated team with effective coaching & mentoring.
