Description

High focus on developing/maintaining new as well as existing accounts.
Mine, penetrate, manage, administer and expand relationship/sales with new Enterprise and IT clients.
Work closely with recruitment staff and sales team to insure clear requirements definition and specific recruitment focus meets the clients' expectations.
Acquire contract staffing/permanent job orders and work with our in-house recruiters to fill them.
Maintain relationships with client/hiring managers so as to receive ongoing requirements
Interface with all levels of management and support client's projects or staffing needs.
Identify prospective client staffing and solutions opportunities.
Work independently.
Work with others; takes responsibilities for team success/ failures
Prepare and appropriately document sales reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information, business and market trends
 
Job Requirements

 
- Experience in IT Staffing / Recruiting industry with successful business development track record.
- Ability to maintain, improve existing client relationship and develop new clients and developing business strategies, marketing activity planning & communication.
- Proficient in developing dynamic business strategies, marketing services.
- Capable of self generate opportunities via performing research, following up on leads, cold calling, networking at various vendor meetings, conferences, etc
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team, and ability to draw people together to achieve a common objective.
- Should exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision making and change management.
- Provide excellent customer service to the clients. - Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to interface with clients/peers/candidates.
- Should have knowledge of various Enterprise solutions, would be responsible for : - Generating leads.
- Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Account management
- Pricing, negotiations and finalizing business contracts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
