- Experience in IT Staffing / Recruiting industry with successful business development track record.
- Ability to maintain, improve existing client relationship and develop new clients and developing business strategies, marketing activity planning & communication.
- Proficient in developing dynamic business strategies, marketing services.
- Capable of self generate opportunities via performing research, following up on leads, cold calling, networking at various vendor meetings, conferences, etc
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team, and ability to draw people together to achieve a common objective.
- Should exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision making and change management.
- Provide excellent customer service to the clients. - Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to interface with clients/peers/candidates.
- Should have knowledge of various Enterprise solutions, would be responsible for : - Generating leads.
