Strategic HR
  • HR Partner to oversee new joiner induction, ongoing employee connect, grievance handling, running  employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, closely collaborate, Pro-actively engage and partner with them to understand their current and future business directions.
    • Be the guardian of our culture - understand the culture and implement methods to reinforce and propagate the culture within the company
    • Be a people person and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of business, be able to lead teams. 
    • Facilitate and take ownership for driving change at the business level by acting as a change catalyst and managing the change transition across teams and functions
    • Collaborate with UK HR team to ensure smooth HR delivery
Learning & Performance Management
  • Facilitating Performance Management Program, running Performance Improvement Plans
  • Conceptualizing & effectuating training & development initiatives for enhancing & building employee capability
  • Manage Rewards and recognition programs and ensure consistency across teams
  • Oversee internal and external resourcing to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Work with external agencies to attract the right talent in the timeframe within the mentioned cost
Compliance, Reports and Audit
  • HR Analytics - Building analytics to arrive at critical business decisions. Provide HR reports as per agreed timelines
  • Partner with the compliance team (internal / external) to ensure monthly /quarterly compliance is adhered
  • Oversee Pre-offer documentation check & offer release
  • Closure of Background check (vetting) cases
  • Responsible to maintain Personal records, making documents available as per audit requirement
  • Front end internal / external audits

  • Run Pre-on boarding connects, HR Connects with New Joiners, Focused Group Discussions / One-on-one’s / Cascades with employees and driving closure with Leadership Team
  • Responsible to run Employee Engagement & Responsible Business initiatives across site
  • Managing Exits / Exit Interviews, providing findings and driving closure on actions with the Leadership Team
