Responsibilities:
- Coaching and empowering teams to transform their behaviors toward a more agile way of working
- Support multiple squads, engaging with senior leadership, tribe leaders, squad leaders, and squad members to help build and reinforce the agile mindset and to embed agile principles in the day-to-day work
- Regularly assess squads’ agile maturity, which will inform your coaching and development approach for each squad
Job Requirements
Skill set required:
- 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as an Agile Coach
- Experience working with or in agile teams and understanding of agile practices
- Excellent communications and people-interaction skills
- Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up, down and across the organization
