Description
- Manages day-to-day operations and provide support for Network Performance monitoring tools ( Riverbed, Stablenet, Cisco Prime ISE, iTracs)
- Provide infrastructure maintenance support for problem management and incident escalation
- Perform network administration, such as but not limited to:
- DNS host registration, Call manager profile setup, MAC address whitelisting
- Work with global Network Team to plan & upgrade firmware patches
- Implement firewall and proxy rules into a production environment
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge in supporting and configuring network hardware like Switch, Router, Load Balancer, Packetshaper, DNS, DHCP.
- Working experience in supporting LAN/WAN, INTRANET/INTERNET infrastructure
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DHCP, DNS, QoS, 802.11)
- Good understanding of Layer 2/3 switching and routing.
- Experience in of F5 Load Balancer
- Experience with Firewalls ( Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoints), Bluecoat proxies
