  • Generate new business through new products, and new customers

  • Manage the critical documentation needed for regulated markets, liaising with quality

  • Negotiate price with customer in coordination with Head of Sales and Marketing

  • Handle quality issues.

  • Receivables Management – on time collection of payments

  • Conduct Market Survey periodically, and maintain business development database

  • Propose new products designs

  • Competitor analysis

  • Conduct Innovation Day presentations with customers.

  • Provide customer feedback and expectations

  • Ensure follow-up for collection of ‘C’ Forms, ‘H’ Forms etc.

  • Ensure all other customer/marketing related activities
