UI/ UX Designer
  • Role/Responsibilities:
    • Operates as a single point of contact for customer facing group within organization and bridges with multiple teams within product.
    • Analyze product requirements, customer feedback, metrics to create customer-focused designs.
    • Develop and maintain conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications etc.
    • Create style guides, visual design patterns and supporting graphics for new and existing products.
    • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
    • Works with direct reports to establish regular objectives and tracks their progress.
    • Interacts internally and externally with peers within Engineering, Product and other groups, often involving situations which require influencing and persuading others.
    • Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
    • Ability to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently.
    • Supports a collaborative, innovative culture that advocates user-centered design and a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
any exp. In - Invision, Sketch.
 
  • 6 to 8 years hands on experience in UX and UI design.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop big ideas, and execute flawlessly against them in a highly collaborative and rapidly changing environment.
  • Required Skillsets: traditional UX expertise (User centered design process), product design (web apps), and interactive design savvy to create engaging end to end experience.
  • Technology Understanding: HTML, CSS.
  • Knowledge of Interaction and visual design (iconography, button library and pattern, color palettes and transitions).
  • Must know: basic design principles e.g. gestalt law etc.
§                Certification from Human Factors International, (HFI-CUA™) – preferred
